Benzema rejects openly move to Arsenal

Not often we see players come out and make a statement concerning their immediate future amid all the transfer rumours linking them to all sorts of teams. However, Karim Benzema has become one exception to this as he openly declared his intentions of staying at Real Madrid and squash any possibilities of a summer move to Arsenal.

Benzema missed Real Madrid’s opening game of the new La Liga season due to an injury and the rumour mill had gathered to speculate a possible move for the striker to North London, however, contrary to those reports Benzema has come out addressing all those CLOWNS who are deciding his future rather than the striker himself.

Benzema’s tweet expressing his views to all those CLOWNS:

Watch out #projectLETGOafrica

Perhaps this was needed following a series of news linking Benzema to Arsenal in last 48 hours with many claiming of a chartered plane being rented by Arsenal in order to unveil the player before the kick-off against Liverpool. Well the kick off has almost passed us by and the player is very happy posting twitter message from Spain and training with his Real Madrid teammates.

Benzema is tipped to have a great season in Madrid by his new manager Rafa Benitez, who has clearly suggested that he does not need to look for any other striker as Benzema is good enough to fetch him 20-25 goals every season. With Benzema ruled out for a move to Emirates, Arsenal need to find a more plausible target for the summer and spend the £45-50million on a forward which they have been claiming all along.
