Nigerian music has continued to gain fans on the international scene with the latest being West Ham midfielder, Mauro Zarate and his colleagues.

Zarate celebrated his team’s Monday Night Football victory over Newcastle in the Barclays Premier League with Nigeria’s DJ Xclusive’s ‘Jeje’ featuring Wizkid.
The football star uploaded the video of himself dancing to Jeje with his West Ham colleagues, captioning it: “Fantastic match lads!! 3 greats point standing ovation for @dimpayet17”.
Payet scored the two goals in the 2-0 win.
This is the second time a Nigerian song will get attention on the international football scene. Davido’s hit song, Skelewu was played during the half time of a Spanish La Liga match between, Atletico Madrid and Espanyol at Vicente Calderon stadium, Madrid.
