Singer Capital Femi has revealed that he left Kennis Music because he needed some form of change. He also dismissed any forms of bad blood between him and the label’s executives.
He however said through the course of when he was signed the label was good to him.
He credits the management for playing a major part in his budding career leading to the fame he enjoys today.

“Kennis Music was good to me while I was there, let’s get that straight.
“Kennis music was really good to me because I do ask this question – without Kennis music would you know who Capital Femi is? Probably, chances are no. so I appreciate everything they’ve done for me in my career to getting me where I am now,” he said.
Femi made this public in his interview with Pulse TV. The singer also expressed delight in working with a new team and says the view is different about a lot of things right now.
Responding to what has changed since he left the label; Femi said he has a whole new team and the label. But he said the sound and genre aren’t changing.
He went on to emphasize the future of the R&B genre in the Nigerian entertainment industry even as he solicited the support of media houses in the cause to launch the sound into the next big stage.
Born Femi Adeyinka he is more popularly known as Capital Femi. He was born in Nigeria but left at 12 to the US where eventually started honing his singing.
Adeyinka was formerly with the R&B group 4thComing while he was in America.
