Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson has received several threatening messages from persons who want her to drop the police report she filed against the man who recently physically assaulted her.

According to reports, the actress has lodged a complaint at the Airport Police Station in Accra over the threats she received.
One of the messages sent to her reads: ‘…By tomorrow morning if we call Accra and find out that you have not closed that case you opened against our brother, then we will start our own news; I personally will make sure it happens…’
The actress said she further received a series of messages from a Nigerian number warning her to withdraw the case from the police station else she would be dealt with.
Yvonne was last Saturday assaulted by Elvis Eze, aka Elvis Casino, for refusing to hug him at a party organised by fellow actress Ingrid Alabi.
