President Buhari presents 2016 budget while apologizing over fuel scarcity
Buhari made this apology during the presentation of the 2016 budget to a joint session of the National Assembly on Tuesday, December 22, in Abuja.

He blamed the cause of the scarcity on stakeholders in the petroleum industry who according to him have refused to embrace change, PM News reports.

Buhari assured Nigerians that the current scarcity will be the thing of the past as he had mandated the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation to explore ways to end the scarcity as quick as possible.

Meanwhile, the federal government had earlier blamed the long queues being experienced by Nigerians to the administration of former president Goodluck Jonathan.
